4. Portfolio Tracking Service Only

Kapital Copilot is exclusively a portfolio tracking and analytics service.

We do not:

  • Hold, manage, or have custody of any user funds

  • Execute trades or transactions on your behalf
  • Act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution

Users should not send us any funds, securities, or cryptocurrencies directly. We are not equipped to handle, manage, or safeguard such assets. Any funds sent to us in error may not be recoverable.

Our Service only tracks and analyzes investment data that you manually enter or connect through authorized third-party integrations. Your actual assets remain under your sole control with your chosen brokers, exchanges, or custodians.

8. Communications & Newsletter

By creating an account or joining our waiting list, you agree to receive essential account emails (such as verification, password reset, and signup notifications) as well as our weekly newsletter and occasional product updates.

The newsletter and product updates are optional and opt-out: they are sent to all users and waiting-list participants by default, and every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can unsubscribe at any time without logging in, and doing so will not affect your access to the Service.

Essential account emails are not optional — they are required to provide the Service (for example, verifying your email address or resetting your password) and will continue regardless of your newsletter preferences.
